Dairygold Food Ingredients is the UK’s largest supplier of cheese and dairy based ingredients servicing UK Food Manufacturers and the Foodservice industry. Established since 1979, the company was formerly known as Haslington Cheese, prior to being acquired by Dairygold in 2000.

Dairygold Co-Operative Society is one of Ireland’s largest and most advanced dairy and consumer food companies, with an annual turnover of €650 million. Based in Cork, Dairygold’s products are marketed nationally in the UK and internationally, with sales operations in Spain and Germany.

In 2006 Dairygold Food Ingredients acquired Dan Dairies (UK) Ltd based in Leeds. Dan Dairies has successfully operated in the UK since 1992 producing high quality soft cheese, as an ingredient servicing UK Food Manufacturing and Foodservice sectors. Dan Dairies core business compliments Dairygold Food Ingredients existing product range and market position as the leading UK cheese ingredient supplier.
