• Low Fat Cheese: A healthy eating dairy product.
• Medium Fat Soft Cheese: Soft textured with a mildly acidic flavour.
• Full Fat Soft Cheese: Full Fat Soft Cheese is an ideal cooking ingredient for both sweet and savoury.
• American Style Soft Cheese: This soft cheese is a creamy wickedly indulgent cheese. Soft textured with a mildly acidic flavour.
• Mascarpone: A smooth textured soft cheese, milky white in colour.
• Pumpable Soft Cheese: Pumpable soft cheese is a natural cheese ingredient. This is a medium fat soft cheese specifically developed to be used as a functional ingredient in liquid based mixes for products such as quiche, sauces, pastries, ready meals, dips etc. Pumpable soft cheese has a benefit of carrying a clean declaration and can be labelled as “cheese” or “medium fat soft cheese”.
