Rennet Casein

Casein quality or more specifically casein purity is a hallmark of the DFI’s product which is internationally recognised for its functional properties in such applications as cheese analogue. Rennet casein is available in 30, 60, 60/90 or 90 Mesh formats and available in 25kg bags and 1000kg big bags.
