Dairygold Food Ingredients Ltd innovation focus is on the two key areas of business growth: cheese solutions and dairy essentials. The aim is to understand customer needs, develop solutions to these needs and work with the customer to optimally integrate the solution into their process.

Our innovation team therefore includes customer facing technical sales staff based in our main markets and an R and D team based in our Innovation Centre in Mitchelstown, Ireland and our Flavour Development Centre in Mésanger France. Internal facilities include laboratories, pilot plants and test kitchens and our own capabilities are augmented through close collaborations with research institutes in Ireland and France.
