Dairygold Deutschland GmbH (DFI Gmbh) is located in Mainz.

This business unit, based in Mainz, focuses on the strategic directions of Cheese Solutions and Speciality Cheese.

Segments served include industrial bakery, ready meals and catering groups. DFI Gmbh is an important supplier of Irish manufactured cheese to the German retail sector. These products, including cheddars and other semi-hard slicing cheeses, are sold under the Irish Land® brand not only in Germany but also throughout Austria and Poland.

Customer focus is a priority with particular emphasis on product specification, pack-size, palletising and EAN bar-coding. We also offer the possibility to supply in E2 crates depending on customer warehousing requirements.

Just-in-time deliveries are a particular feature of our logistics team irrespective of sector.

Our retail range includes cheese for pre-packing as well as pre-sliced cheddar packs of 125g, 200g bricks and of course 150g grated packs. All products are readily available from our cold-store located nearby at Gross-Gerau.
