DFI have more than 40 years experience in the production of an extensive range of Full Cream Milk Powders.

Full Cream Milk Powders available in both 26% and 28% fat levels with a variety of Instant, Agglomerated and Regular products produced to the most exacting of specifications.

Product can be shipped in 25kg bags, 1000kg big bags and bulk containers. Our ultra-modern spray-drying facility is located in Mallow, Co. Cork and is one of the largest plants in the EU with a capacity of over 5 Tonnes/hour. The flavour profile of our Full Cream Milk Powder is internationally recognised as all milk processed is sourced exclusively from our own farmers, guaranteeing quality and traceability of supply, and is produced from cows fed on a natural, grass-based diet.

Much of our product is sold under the prestigious brand “Kerrygold” through our leading partner the Irish Dairy Board.
